Famous Dyslexic People

einstein
Numerous dyslexics, both in the distant past and during our lifetimes, have made significant and original additions to our society and world.  For example, the superior accomplishments of the dyslexic thinkers Albert Einstein, Walt Disney , Henry Ford, Charles Schwab, Mohammed Ali, Galiliee Galileo and Carl Jung are well known to all of us. Although ethnic, cultural and educational backgrounds of dyslexics vary, dyslexics have a common denominator which relates them to each other – their productive use of their gift of dyslexia. If your child is struggling with dyslexia, PLEASE DON"T GIVE UP! Others who contributed immeasurably across the course of their lives also struggled with their learning difficulties - your child can succeed ... and even thrive. We help people thrive EACH AND EVERY DAY. Let us reach out to you today! And let us start by offering you a healthy dose of encouragement by walking you through a cavalcade of great people who - like your child - struglled and fought and clawed to learn. Again, if you're a Mom or a Dad of a struggling youngster, hang in there - a world of delight ... and beauty ... and learning ... and excellent reading ability may be just around the corner!

The uncommon way these dyslexic individuals process information is by "dis-integrating" their sensory perceptions and allowing a new view or sense of the information to be immediately perceived.

This thinking process produces a rich assortment of interpretations of reality - and it can lead to unique and highly strategic creations and action.  Even though this "Gestalt" dominant style of processing can provide creative solutions in the 3-dimensional world in which we live, it also can create havoc while working with 2-dimensional written characters ... and can lead to learning disabilities in school.  Our view of these famous dyslexic people is that they each have succeeded because of their dyslexia, not in spite of it. And your child can also learn effectively BECAUSE OF his dyslexia - we love (more than anything on the planet) escorting parents down that road of success - that leads to them seeing their child win at learning!

The following lists of famous dyslexic people show how dyslexics have been productive in many areas of interest and how they have made major contributions to our quality of life.
