How YOU Can Use "The Learning to Read Program" Effectively and Easily to Empower Your Child!
All Students Begin with Volume One
They start with volume one in the series - and they work through the series of books, book by book. Four very important steps are accomplished in the first volume:
Step 1. The student begins the process of becoming familiar with and managing his mind’s eye through the aid of finding his Integration Point (Star).![]()
Step 2. Before the student can proceed in book one, he must recognize that the child character™ in the book represents himself, the student or learner. After all, it is his adventure in experiencing how to read!
Step 3. Mastery of the concept of personally understanding the meaning of the written words “me” and “I” is essential for a child learning to read, especially a child with reading difficulty.
Step 4. Now, the student must character command the lower and upper case alphabet, and all punctuation marks before he proceeds to character commanding the rest of the sight (abstract) words.
This step is done to eliminate any blind spots that have evolved already due to the memorization of both alphabets; and to eliminate errors that occur due to a poor understanding of punctuation marks.Character Command
After these first 4 steps have been accomplished, the student is ready to learn to character command the remaining 268 sight words found in the 13 books of the The Learning to Read Program.
